This page is the privacy policy for Zimna (https://www.zimna.io). Effective July 25, 2026.
Zimna Inc. operates the Zimna ERP platform — the web application at zimna.app, the Zimna mobile application, the Customer Portal, and the Vendor Portal. Because the Service handles payroll, accounting, banking, and payment records, the policy describes financial data practices in detail.
What the policy covers
- Our role as processor for Tenant data and as controller for our own business relationship
- Information we collect: account, employment, financial and payroll, counterparty, automatic, and third-party data
- How we use information, with the legal basis for each purpose
- Financial data and money movement: payroll via Check, read-only bank connections via Plaid, subscription billing via Stripe
- AI-assisted features, including the sensitive fields blocked from the assistant at the application layer
- Automated decision-making, data sharing, and our subprocessor list
- Data security, retention schedules, your rights, and international transfers
Zimna does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
